Delivery Policy
We offer local delivery to Richmond, Katy, Houston, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary by distance and will be calculated at checkout or discussed during order confirmation. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during your chosen time slot. For special events, we recommend placing orders at least 2 days in advance.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on floral arrangements or customized pieces. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery — we want to make it right and ensure your satisfaction.
Pickup Policy
We offer free pickup from our Richmond, TX location by appointment only. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a message to coordinate a pickup time.
Please arrive on time, as flowers are prepared fresh and may be sensitive to temperature. If you’re running late, notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.
