3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders canceled 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable due to the perishable nature of flowers.

  • No refunds will be issued for incorrect delivery addresses or if the recipient is unavailable.

  • We deliver within Richmond, TX and select surrounding areas.

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed but we aim to meet your preferred time window.

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, the arrangement may be left at the door or returned (additional delivery fees may apply).

  • All sales within the US only.

  • Occasionally, certain flowers or materials may be unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute similar items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and theme.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
